Rene Marie Russo (born Rene Marie Russo) is an American film actress, former supermodel and filmmaker. Her elegant and beautiful beauty Marie is evident in her lengthy career as an actor and actress. Her career began with a modeling job in the year 1970 then she rose quickly to fame. In the early 1990s she started studying the theatre and acting. Later, in Los Angeles and California she appeared on stage for the first time. In 1987, Russo portrayed Eden Kendell in the ABC drama Sable. She was Tom Berengers' love interest two years later on Major League, her debut movie. Critics were initially skeptical of her ability as an actor, but her consistent performances won them over. In Wolfgang Petersens Outbreak she was especially praised by critics due to her performance in the face of Dustin Hoffman, Morgan Freeman and many others. She admits that she is not a fan of acting. She was in 2005 when she was to a break, which was her own decision. Her return was in Thor. Also, she was in her husbands Oscar Award-winning movie Nightcrawler. Rose Namajunas was one of the top female athletes in the UFC. She started out as an amateur fighter who participated in regional competitions prior to signing with Invicta Fighting Championships. Then she became a member of UFC Ultimate Fighting Championships. Due to her successes both inside and beyond the octagon, Namajunas has been a household word since joining UFC. Namajunas had his birth on the 29th of June 1992, within Milwaukee Wisconsin. The fighter was born into the same Lithuanian family. Rose participated in kickboxing and basketball while growing up. Rose made her debut in professional competition at the age of 18 at the Invicta Fighting Championships in which she won two fights via submission. Dana White noticed this and on December 14, 2014, aged 22, she signed up to compete as a strawweight in the UFC. Rose's career has seen both lows and highs but she's always capable of coming out of her fights with a win. Rose fought Carla Esparza on April 15 of 2015 to win the Women s Strawweight Championship. Rose defeated Esparza by a technical knockout within just under 3 minutes the Round One. Rose not only won the championship but was named Fighter Of The Night. Rose was also able to make MMA historical with her fight since she was the first woman to challenge for a champion title in any major organization. Namajunas continued to have many other victories, including 2 victories against Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her Performance of the Night from UFC.
